relentless forward motion
Emily's life philosophy of Relentless Forward Motion was imparted to her by acclaimed local runner Keith Straw during an ultra-marathon race. Emily ran 32 miles that day, helping her team win the race. Straw's sage advice? "It doesn't matter how fast you are moving, just keep your feet moving forward!"
Seeking constant progress of body and mind fuels her to become a better mom to her two young girls and partner to her husband, a more compassionate human being, and a stronger writer and marketer.
It is what drove her to seek advanced teaching certifications in yoga and meditation, including specialized training in perinatal yoga and trauma-sensitive instruction.
With everything she creates, she is in pursuit of forward progress, relentlessly.
She believes that life is meant to be enjoyed and that she is meant to inspire. That's how her brand Inspirenjoy was born.
